Product Overview
This hydraulic hose crimping machine is engineered for flexible high-pressure stainless steel braided spiraled hydraulic hose from 1/4 inch to 2 1/2 inch, and industrial machinery hose up to 3 inch pressing. The crimping tool includes 13 standard die sets ranging from 14mm to 69mm, with each die set optimized for proper length to ensure ferrules achieve consistent die sizing. The resulting hose assemblies feature superior surface finish and exceptional anti-pressure performance.

Crimping range specifications are based on standard dies. Crimping range can be increased with special dies. Maximum opening represents total die travel - adding die inner diameter provides maximum opening with die sets. Special die sets for air conditioner hose, brake hose, or other sizes, shapes and lengths are available upon request.
